Receipts for MP expenses

You requested copies of any receipts received from Ms Nadine Dorries MP sent to IPSA for expenses charged against professional services (staff).

Two expense claims relating to professional services (staff) were submitted by Ms Nadine Dorries MP. The following tables provide the information released on IPSA’s publication website relating to these two claims, as well as all additional information contained on the invoices. Please note that email addresses and telephone numbers for individuals are exempt from disclosure under Section 40 (personal information) of the FOI Act, as the information constitutes third party data. We have also withheld the invoice number as this may be traced back to sensitive personal information. Section 40(2) states that personal data about third parties is exempt information if one of the conditions set out in section 40(3) is satisfied. Under the FOI Act disclosure of this information would breach the fair processing principle contained in the Data Protection Act (DPA), where it would be unfair to that person/is confidential.
